Network of science

The network combines knowledge and expertise from research, business and society.

The City of Wiesbaden, RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, the University of Business and Law (EBS), the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Wiesbaden Foundation founded the Network of Science in 2012.

Wiesbaden is committed to being a university location!

Society is rapidly transforming into a knowledge society. Cities, companies and universities are sharpening their profile in global competition. Location specialization and the development of market gaps are among the key challenges of the future.

Highly qualified people play a decisive role in this innovation competition. Employers in Wiesbaden have access to around 12,000 new potential academic specialists every year. For them, the city is a place to live and a platform for interaction. It promotes networks in science and business and creates new working relationships and structures for the city administration and politics.

New and sustainable networks from science, education, business and culture will therefore work together more closely in the future to boost regional development. In this way, Wiesbaden will become an innovative science location with tradition and ideas. You too can play your part. The entire city will benefit from this and attract talent that will make Wiesbaden an attractive place for students, scientists and their families to live.

Together with the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, the Charlotte Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, the Hessian University for Public Management and Security, the Music Academy, the Wiesbaden Foundation, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and ESWE Versorgungs AG, the state capital of Wiesbaden forms the Network of Science.

Other people and organizations who want to contribute their knowledge or use existing knowledge are welcome.
