All rooms are equipped with bathrooms (washbasin, shower and WC). Bathing is possible in central care bathrooms in each living area. Almost all rooms have a telephone and cable connection. Our double rooms are particularly popular with couples. Of course, our residents can use our existing WLAN.

Our rooms are equipped with a care bed, bedside table, closet and shelving. We are happy to involve residents and their relatives in the individual design of their room.

All living areas have an individually designed communal area, which invites residents to have personal conversations as well as spend time together and enjoy activities. We also offer various central communal rooms for leisure activities and events.

On the roof terrace on the second floor and the cafeteria terrace on the first floor, our residents can enjoy the sun and fresh air with a view of the park grounds.
