For children aged nine and over, the district center offers teen activities in the youth café, in the gym, the girls' group and the boys' group, homework supervision, the open workshop as well as vacation programs, excursions and leisure activities.

Seeing and being seen, meeting friends and making new ones, trying out new things, discussing and, above all, laughing together - all this is possible at the district center for young people. There are also excursions, leisure activities, help with learning and much more.

We offer guidance on school and job issues, from training to voluntary service, we travel with you through Europe (and Morocco), we clarify democracy issues and try to understand politics.

Questions about love and sexuality are right with us, and we also help you with legal questions about money or housing. Basically, getting involved in life in the youth café is the greatest learning experience in our house!

Adults and families are also very active in the district center. There is something for everyone with various activities, such as games afternoons, family camps, parties and celebrations, vacation programs and excursions.

We cooperate with the Schelmengraben working group on many of our activities. Together with the Schelmengraben district office, we work in the neighborhood council on the further development of the entire estate. The Neighborhood Council is an alliance of Schelmengraben residents. Topics include road traffic, playgrounds, bus connections, senior citizen services, etc.

Schelmengraben groups meet in our group rooms, from dance groups to club meetings. Cultural events take place in the hall, as well as elections, district council meetings and conferences.
