Erection of advertising structures (Section 65 HBO - simplified building permit procedure)
Here you will find an overview of the documents/building documents to be submitted for a corresponding building application.
Please submit these documents to the Wiesbaden Building Inspectorate in the order listed and in triplicate (sorted by copies) in accordance with the Building Documents Decree. Any further copies that may be required must be agreed with us.
Applications that are missing the documents marked in blue will always be rejected as incomplete, as they can neither be formally processed nor checked under building planning law. If the signature of the client or the author of the design is missing,
we will also reject the application immediately.
