The grant application must be submitted before the start of the measure and the listed building permit must have been obtained. Payment will only be made if the measure has been carried out as agreed with the Lower Monument Protection Authority. In principle, there is no entitlement to funding. In addition to the State Capital of Wiesbaden, the State Office for Monument Preservation of Hesse and, in certain cases, the German Foundation for Monument Protection also provide such funding.

In order to be able to process the application for a grant, we require the completed and signed application form as well as informative photos of the construction progress.

Monument preservation projects in Wiesbaden are also supported by the private "Erich Haub-Zais Foundation for Monument Preservation". Further information can be obtained from the office located at the Lower Monument Protection Authority.
