The school number and your user name are usually transferred so that you only need to enter your Schulportal-Hessen password. As soon as your students log in via the Matheretter tile for the first time, they will be assigned to your school and can be assigned to the corresponding teachers.

All secondary schools in Wiesbaden can be sent so-called master accounts by the media center, which can be used to create teacher and student accounts. Pupils can then also log in using the standard Matheretter login. It is important that every user changes their password after the initial login and enters an e-mail address (the school's functional e-mail address is useful for master accounts! If a password is forgotten, the e-mail address stored there is used to reset the password. The master account is NOT required when using the Hesse school portal. This is a completely separate access method that is not compatible with the school portal.
