Competitions - Conditions of participation
The organizer organizes competitions. For this purpose, it has provided one or more prizes and will award these to the winner in accordance with the following conditions. By participating in the Wiesbaden Congress und Marketing GmbH competitions, the user accepts these conditions of participation.
I. Organizer
The organizer of the competitions is Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH, Kurhausplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden.
II Participation
Persons resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Wiesbaden Congress und Marketing GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in competitions organized by the state capital of Wiesbaden.
The start of a competition is the respective time of publication on www.wiesbaden.de or in the profiles of Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH in the social networks (Facebook, Instagram, ...). Participation is only possible until the specified end time. The specific participation modalities can be found in the details of the individual competitions. Persons who meet all the requirements are eligible to win. The winner will be drawn at random from all participants and notified of their win by telephone, email or direct message (on Facebook, Instagram, ...).
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash in the case of non-cash trips. Each winner must contact the State Capital of Wiesbaden within five working days of being notified of the prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be drawn at random.
Participation in competitions via competition associations, automated services or other service providers is not permitted. Multiple participation, for example under a pseudonym or multiple accounts and/or e-mail addresses, is not permitted and will result in exclusion from the competition. Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without giving reasons if it suspects manipulation. If this involves a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently revoked; a prize that has already been delivered may be reclaimed. Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH reserves the right to terminate competitions in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if, for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Meta or other providers of social networks), proper implementation cannot be guaranteed.
Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH competitions are in no way connected to Meta (Facebook, Instagram, ...) or providers of other social networks and are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Meta or providers of other social networks. When participating in competitions, all participants indemnify Meta or the providers of other social networks against any claims or liability in connection with the competitions. Meta or the providers of other social networks are not available as contacts for competitions.
III Other
The data provided by the participant will be collected and/or processed for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition. Further information on how we process your personal data can be found in the privacy policy for the competition.
Legal recourse is excluded. The user relationship between the participant and Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH is governed by German law. Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
