Albrecht Dürer plant
The design of the park is based on English landscape gardens. It is also characterized by its abundance of plants.
Albrecht Dürer Park owes its elongated, triangular shape to a former meadow valley on which it was laid out in 1909.
The area, which stretches parallel to Aarstrasse towards the Taunus, is a popular recreational area due to its abundance of plants and proximity to the forest. Here, too, the park was inspired by English landscape gardens, but today modern elements characterize the entrance area of the park, which is adorned with a pond.
