plazy web app

Wiesbaden has a tool for travelers: the "plazy" web app for lazy planning. The "plazy web app" won the DSTNCMP PRIZE at the Destination Camp in Kufstein in 2023.

At plazy.travel, visitors to Wiesbaden can now have their personal travel tips put together for them. And it's easy and convenient - just as the name suggests, because "plazy" is derived from "lazy planning".

The plazy web app, Wiesbaden's new tool for travelers, has won the DSTNCMP PRIZE at the Destination Camp, which took place in Kufstein from 9 to 12 May 2023. The "DSTNCMP" is the leading industry event in German-speaking tourism. In 2023, the prize was awarded for the second time. The decisive factor for an award is not the scope of the project, budget or personnel deployment, but rather the concrete implementation of an idea and its adaptation to a regional or local problem solution.

The "plazy App", which was presented on stage together with Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing, prevailed against four other competitors from the audience and the jury. The prize consists of a five-day digital consultation, which will be used to further develop and optimize the app.

The tool for "lazy" travelers: the "plazy" web app.

The homepage www.plazy.travel (opens in a new tab) takes you to a short questionnaire that asks you about your travel wishes. How well do you already know the city? What would you like to experience on your trip? What would you like to eat and drink? Depending on the answers, users receive their own personal travel guide. The suggested tips with photos, some with short podcasts and videos, make you want to explore Wiesbaden individually.
