As a case manager at the municipal job center, you will support and advise people who are unable to earn a living for various reasons. You help these people to improve their living situation and help them to become more independent and self-determined.
Your tasks? Meaningful!
- You support people seeking help according to their strengths (e.g. through courses, seminars, further training).
- You provide advice on issues relating to unemployment, employment, social security and vocational training.
- You support people seeking help with financial benefits, e.g. for application costs.
- You advise employers in their search for suitable staff.
Your studies? Dual!
- Start: Winter semester
- Duration: 7 semesters
- Practical training: Municipal job center with 25 hours/week on four days
- Theoretical training: Fulda University of Applied Sciences (opens in a new tab) (mix of online-based and attendance weekends)
And you? Leading the way!
Must-haves
- University entrance qualification or other school education entitling you to study at a university,
- good knowledge of German,
- successful participation in a selection procedure.
