As an electronics technician specializing in energy and building technology, you will work at all the important Wiesbaden control points and have everything under control electrically! You will work at the waste disposal companies of the state capital of Wiesbaden (ELW), which are equipped with electrical systems in all areas that need to be tested and maintained.

You will mainly work in the specialist workshops of our two sewage treatment plants, which are equipped with the latest technology, and work both in the workshop and directly on site in plants - always in a team with motivated colleagues.

• You secure complex technical systems with electricity, control and monitor them.
• You will read circuit diagrams and test cable harnesses.
• You install, maintain and repair switchgear.
• You will ensure that electrical systems function reliably and safely and know what to do in the event of faults.
• You will carry out electrical measurements professionally and document them.
• You will work with special tools and know what is important when it comes to safety in electrical engineering in order to avoid damage and electrical accidents.
