Since 2007, the state capital of Wiesbaden has awarded the Integration Prize in recognition and appreciation of measures that have contributed in a special way to the successful integration of people with a migration background living in Wiesbaden. The Integration Prize is endowed with 2,500 euros and is awarded annually to private individuals living in Wiesbaden or to clubs, associations and other institutions and initiatives from Wiesbaden. All residents of Wiesbaden who have reached the age of 14 are eligible to nominate candidates. Self-applications are possible.
