The Caligari offers a largely barrier-free cinema experience. The box office, foyer, bar, cinema auditorium and disabled toilet are all at ground level and can be reached without steps.

Films with audio description and audio tracks for the hard of hearing can be heard individually using the in-house hearing system. Headphones and radio loops are available to borrow free of charge at the ticket desk on presentation of ID.
