"Seen in the light - antler chandeliers from the SNA" is the title of the small exhibition in the treasure chamber.

Like in a jewelry box, special objects from the valuable Nassau Antiquities Collection (SNA) are presented in niches. The impressive antler chandeliers and the unique female chandelier from Kiedrich once again demonstrate the treasures to be found in the SNA.

Antler chandeliers were popular in the late Middle Ages and widespread in German-speaking countries as well as in the Netherlands and France. The exhibition shows how this unusual object form came about, who owned antler chandeliers and where they could be seen. Multimedia elements in the presentation refer to the many different ways in which antler chandeliers are displayed and also invite visitors to join in. The highlight of the exhibition is the Kiedrich candelabra, whose history and significance is also "illuminated".
