"Europe offers young people the opportunity to study at universities and colleges in all member states through the Erasmus program. Experiences abroad not only broaden personal horizons, they also create enriching experiences and international friendships and thus contribute to better mutual understanding."

Having most recently been responsible for international relations and town twinning in the Protocol Department, I have now been responsible for funding projects and European networks in the European Department since November 2023.

I believe that multilateral cooperation in Europe is right and important, both economically and on a personal level. We should think outside the box, break down prejudices against our European neighbors and see what we can learn from each other.
