The hybrid building application starts
Building permit procedures are becoming digital(er) - you submit all application documents (building documents) as PDF files. We now only require a single paper copy.
Dear customers,
The hybrid building application serves as an intermediate step on the way to a fully digital application.
From now on, we only require a signed paper copy and a digital version in PDF format. Additional paper copies are no longer necessary.
This is how you proceed:
Step 1: You submit a printed and signed paper copy.
Step 2: You will receive the access data for our file exchange platform from us by e-mail
Step 3: You upload the digital version of your entire application as a PDF file.
Step 4: We transfer the files to our system and can start working straight away.
Submission of the building application
If you have submitted your signed paper application to us in person or by post, we will send you the file number and the access data for our digital exchange platform by e-mail. To do this, we need the corresponding e-mail addresses in the application form - please make sure that all e-mail addresses are complete and correct. If your draft author receives the digital access data, please remember to also submit the corresponding power of attorney on paper (and then digitally).
After receiving the access data, you have five working days to upload application documents and building documents that we already have in paper form as a digital and signed version in PDF file format without write protection .
This procedure also applies to supplements or replacement plans.
Designation of the digital documents
To enable us to assign the PDF documents to the building application quickly and reliably, they must have standardized file names. The file names consist of a prefixed three-digit key number and a predefined designation for the respective building template. These specifications already correspond to the naming in the upcoming fully digital procedure.
You will find all file names in the attachment to this letter. Please only use these names when uploading your files (e.g. "303_Freiflächenplan.pdf"). This will enable us to process your application quickly and smoothly.
Digital processing
We process your building application purely digitally. You will only receive the building permit itself together with a stamped paper copy by post until further notice.
