In order to offer you and your concerns an even better and faster service, we have established a separate application acceptance department. In future, we will place a stronger focus on the quality and verifiability of building applications. As a rule, we aim to confirm receipt of your complete building application or send you our supplementary claims within 14 days. This considerably shortens our processing time and enables us to issue your building permit more quickly.

Our colleagues in the application acceptance department will now check the incoming documents for completeness at short notice and in advance. Specifically, this means that the forms, extracts from the commercial register, powers of attorney and building submission authorizations are checked in particular. Attention is also paid here to the essential building documents and their contents.

If information is missing from the application form or if outdated forms are used, the applications will be rejected immediately. Applications that are completely incomplete, i.e. missing essential content and/or documents, will also be rejected as unprocessable and returned directly to the client or applicant.

It is particularly important, for example, to provide complete and correct information on the client, including any necessary sub-authorizations. In the case of legal entities, the relevant register excerpts must be enclosed in a comprehensible and up-to-date form; the same applies to sub-authorizations.
