Liquidity management

Liquidity management is also understood by a municipal administration to mean having sufficient liquid funds - i.e. money - at the right time to be able to meet all financial obligations.

The treasury therefore plans the city's "cash requirements" with foresight and in detail and manages these both on a daily basis and in the medium and long term.

The aim is always to raise money on the capital market and to make short- and long-term investments at the most favorable interest rates and times in line with requirements.
