The Environmental Agency advises building owners and planners on open space planning, building projects in outdoor areas and in accordance with Section 34 of the German Building Code (BauGB) on the basis of the Hessian Nature Conservation Act and the Federal Nature Conservation Act - species protection -, in accordance with the HBO and development plans, as well as environmentally relevant local bylaws.
